Yacht Charter Destinations

Cruise Thailand / Andaman Sea (All year round)
Phuket, Thailand’s largest island and premier beach destination, is located approximately 862 kilometers south of Bangkok and is often dubbed “the pearl of the Andaman”, or “the pearl of the south”. Its natural attractions include white powdery beaches, limestone cliffs, broad and tranquil bays, tropical in-land forests, and 32 smaller islands. The size of the island, which is dominated by a chain of mountains running north-south along the west coast, includes numerous microclimates and a diversity of flora and fauna. Along the coast there are dozens of beaches, each with its own characteristic, ranging from lively Patong Beach to more secluded Mum Nai Bay.
In addition to the many activities and attractions on Phuket itself, there are many spectacular cruises destination surrounding the island. To the east of Phuket lies Phang Nga Bay, one of the top destinations for sea kayaking. The islands of Mu Koh Phi Phi National Park are a short boat trip to the southeast of Phuket. The Similan and Surin Islands, to the northwest of Phuket, feature some of the finest dive sites and scenery in Thailand.
The cruising possibilities are unlimited, from the north of Phuket with the spectacular Phangna bay (James Bond island,…) to the south with PhiPhi island with the famous Maya beach (where the movie ‘the beach’ with Leonardo de Caprio has been shoot) to the Northwest Similan and Surin islands with their white sand beaches, granite boulder formations…
Any itinerary can be customized to our guest’s requirements
Cruise Burma (November-April)
The Mergui Archipelago of Burma (Myanmar) consists of over 800 islands, 1,000’s of white sand beaches, and virtually zero inhabitants save for the indigenous Moken Sea Gypsies. There are still very few boats operating in this vast system of islands due to the difficulties to obtain cruises licenses.
Burma is relatively new on the map of cruising and, owing to the fact that so few operators are allowed in the area, new attractions are being discovered all the time. We are continually exploring new areas and you could join us! Beneath the surface there are surprises waiting on every dive. Above the surface visitors literally gasp at the beauty of so many perfect beaches and yours will be the only footprints to be found!!
Kayaking is a great way to explore the fringes of the islands. You can find your own personal beach to relax on, trek into the interior and up on a hill to catch a stunning view of the area, or take a light with you and paddle into some of the caves.
Recommended itineraries (2 possibilities) :
- A typical charter to Myanmar will start from Phuket, Thailand, heading to Ranong, Thailand for check out of the country and check in to Myanmar. On the way to Ranong, a stop at the world famous Similan Islands is a must. After entering the Burmese waters, heading north up to Burma Banks and Black rock, then return to Ranong/Phuket.
- A second option is to embark directly to Ranong and head to Myanmar with the possibility to disembark in Ranong or cruising back to Phuket via the Similan Islands
Depending on the itinerary, we do recommend a 7 to 14 days charter for this destination.
Cruise Andaman Islands (November - April)
Part of Indian territorial waters (though closer to Thailand), the Andaman Islands form one of the worlds most recently discovered cruising destinations. For years the Andaman Islands were entirely 'off-limits' and this period of isolation, together with environmentally conscious tourism development of the islands, has meant that the surrounding waters are rich with diverse marine life fresh for divers to explore. With fringing reefs, steeply sloping walls, coral pinnacles, plus the more unusual jet black volcanic walls of Barren Island, there is something for every one on a cruise to the Andaman Islands!
Covering an area of over 3000 square miles, or over 3 times the size of Luxembourg, the Andaman Islands consist of some 500 islands and rock outcrops of which only 26 are currently inhabited. Many of the islands in the Andaman Islands group are surrounded by fringing reefs some several hundred meters wide that are separated from the shore by shimmering lagoons. As well as offering fantastic diving, these reefs are perfect for snorkeling.
Though the reefs are beautiful, guests want to see something more than undamaged corals and fish populations. The Andaman Islands can deliver on this too, with sites such as Narcondam Island and Barren Island way off shore in deep water that the larger pelagics just love. On these reefs it is possible to see Grey Reef Sharks, Nurse Sharks, Leopard Sharks, and White Tip Reef Sharks while a swim into the blue at the right time of day can yield schools of Hammerheads with stories of the odd Silver Tip, Bull, and Oceanic White Tip in the area too.
Want more? What about Manta Ray cleaning stations? Herds of Hump Head Parrot Fish? Large aggregations of Napoleon Wrasse? Welcome to some of the most unspoiled and varied diving in the world!
A typical charter to the Andaman Islands will start from Phuket, Thailand, heading to Port Blair (420 nm from Phuket) where check in /out formalities will be carried out. From there, exploration of the northern and southern islands offer unspoiled white sand beaches, fantastic big game fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling. Some of the islands can also be visited with special authorization from the authorities.
Considering the immensity of the area, we do recommend a 2 weeks charter for this destination. A minimum duration shall be 9 days.
Cruise Indonesia (June - September)
The East and West Nusa Tenggara Islands of Indonesia have been shaped by the power and force of an enormous chain of mountains and volcanoes, which begins from the North of Sumatra and stretches east across Java. The two provinces consist of over 600 islands, with the largest ones being Bali, Lombok, Sumbawa, Flores, Sumba, and Timor. The area occupies a unique position at the junction of Australian and Asian submarine ridges marked by the Wallace Line (named after 19th century naturalist, Alfred Russell Wallace) and is one the world's most dynamic and exotic marine environments with nearly every species of coral and tropical fish represented. Indonesia is the only equatorial region in the world where there is an exchange of marine flora and fauna between the Indian and Pacific oceans, with passages in Nusa Tenggara between the Sunda and Sahul shelves allowing movement between the Pacific and Indian oceans.
Sat on the border of these two provinces, in one such passage, is the Komodo National Park. Consisting of around 80 islands and over 700 square miles between the islands of Sumbawa to the west and Flores in the east Komodo is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Man and Biosphere Reserve. The park was initially established in 1980 to conserve the unique Komodo dragon (Varanus komodoensis), but since then conservation goals have expanded to protecting its entire biodiversity, both marine and terrestrial.
A typical charter to the Bali – Komodo area will start from Bali, heading to Lombok, Sumbawa, Komodo, Rinca and back to Bali. Activities range from night life (Bali) to exploring national parks, walking with the dragons, kayaking, fishing, scuba diving.
